Hotel Questions

  • Can I check in after 11pm?
    Our normal check-in hours are 2pm-7pm.
    However your are welcome to check in 24hrs a day by prior arrangement.
  • Do you have an Airport Shuttle service?
    The Tuakau Hotel does not perform Airport pick ups or drop offs

    But we are happy to arrange transportation to/from the airport with an outside company, there is an additional cost associated for this service.

    Please contact us at least 4 days prior to your arrival/departure.
  • Do you have room service?
    During restaurant hours 10am-9pm we can provide Full Menu options delivered to your room for a small surcharge. At all other times our on-site duty manager can provide room service from the Night Menu. An early-bird Breakfast can be delivered if ordered the night before.
