Tuakau Hotel is set in a delightful rural town on the outskirts of Auckland. Tuakau Hotel has just completed a major refurbishment making this amazing Hotel originally built in 1875 a gracious venue whilst providing the latest in technology, accommodation and conference facilities.
During our research and design period we consulted with the business and local community and realised that a much needed facility was our new conference room. We have set this venue up with all the latest technology, sound insulation, a heat pump for both heating and cooling and fabulous décor.
The Conference Room will cater for an intimate seated wedding party of 30, theatre style business meetings of 50, or cocktail functions for up to 100 people.

We believe that our small team have the advantage of being able to provide dedicated service to our conference guests. We are a boutique facility that has provided a quality venue and are focused on listening and acting on requests and suggestions. The Conference Room is equipped with whiteboard, 55" monitor for connection to laptop or large projector screen available, and internet access as well as conference phone facility.

The balcony off the conference room provides a welcome area in the fresh air to stretch your legs and take a break. All areas are designated non-smoking on the conference accommodation floor to maintain our high standards.


Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you have an Airport Shuttle service?
    The Tuakau Hotel does not perform Airport pick ups or drop offs

    But we are happy to arrange transportation to/from the airport with an outside company, there is an additional cost associated for this service.
